Noel and Michelle warmly welcome you to Norfolk’s beautiful coast — and to a place where you can truly escape from the ordinary.
NoMi Seaside Escapes was born from a passion for creating a true home-from-home holiday experience by the sea. Nestled within the scenic surroundings of Sunbeach Holiday Village in California, Great Yarmouth, our aim is simple: to provide a space where you can slow down, switch off, and enjoy everything the Norfolk coast has to offer.
Our beautifully newly renovated two-bedroom chalet has been thoughtfully designed to feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a relaxing coastal break, or a trip with your four‑legged companion, you’ll find everything you need for a stress‑free stay.
Just a short stroll from miles of golden sandy beach, your days can be as relaxed or as lively as you choose — from peaceful coastal walks and exploring the Norfolk Broads, to enjoying the nearby attractions and seaside charm of Great Yarmouth.
After a day out, return to your own cosy retreat, put your feet up, and unwind in a space that’s been carefully prepared with your comfort in mind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need, along with a small refrigerator, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. The shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower along with a basin and white china toilet. Toilet roll and basic kitchen necessities will be provided to get you started, but you will be responsible to purchase anything additional you may need. The electricity meter will be pre-paid to £10, if you require additional electricity, you can get £1 coins from any of the local amusements (California Sands / California Cliffs).
A California Sands Oasis Club key fob is available to guests at no additional cost. This allows FREE access to the Oasis Pool, Gym, Clubhouse and Fun Park, along with discounts on activities and services at California Sands Holiday Park.
01: Check the booking calendar for availability and holiday prices, then submit your booking for your holiday escape.
02: By paying the deposit you are confirming you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of your stay and this deposit will secure your booking request.
03: Final payment is required at least four weeks prior to your stay. This payment will include an additional £50 damage deposit (as stated in the T&C's) which will be returned to you within 7 days of departure if no damage has occurred.
