By paying the deposit you are confirming you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of your stay and this deposit will secure your booking request. 

Final payment is required at least four weeks prior to your stay. This payment will include an additional £50 damage deposit (as stated in the T&C's) which will be returned to you within 7 days of departure if no damage has occurred.
