Terms & Conditions
You will need to read and agree to the below terms & conditions prior to making a booking request and paying the booking deposit. *
*£50 deposit is required to be paid in order to secure your booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel your booking and we are not able to re-let.
This deposit will be taken off your full balance, which is to be paid four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Please note: If your holiday is booked within 28 days of the starting date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The chalet check-in time is from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of your departure.
We will endeavour to meet you upon arrival at the property to hand-over the key and welcome you to our chalet, otherwise a keypad code will be supplied to access the key.
At our discretion, we may offer you an earlier check-in or later check-out if this does not impact future bookings.
Exclusions:
We will not accept bookings for parties of all male or all female young people, where such parties are found in residence, they will be required to leave the site and shall not be entitled to any form of refund or compensation.
Please note the chalet sleeps up to 5 people, if additional persons are found in residence, the entire party will be required to leave the site and shall not be entitled to any form of refund or compensations.
Damage Deposit:
You agree to keep the chalet clean and tidy and are responsible for any items damaged or broken. Any excessive mess or stains and any missing or broken items will be cleaned or replaced out of your damage deposit.
Each booking will incur a £50 damage deposit (excluding pet damage). If no damage has occurred, this deposit is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
Legal:
Any booking is made on the understanding that the chalet will be available on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under our control (e;g; fire, theft, or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative chalet.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure chalet and contents are in working order, you will have no claims against the owner for any defects whatsoever, although we will endeavour to rectify any defects as soon as possible.
If there is the loss of a key during your stay, there will be a £20 fee, for a replacement key and travel expenses.
Parking & Safety:
The chalet owners will not be held responsible for any injury incurred inside or in the vicinity of the chalet or any loss or damage of any personal effects or any theft or damage to or from vehicles.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the chalet.
Wipes and feminine hygiene products must never be flushed as the pipes will get blocked.
Dogs Welcome:
We are pleased to welcome well behaved dogs.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the beds, but if you wish for them to join you on the living room sofa, we will provide a blanket to protect our property.
Your dog must be on a lead at all times in and around the holiday park, and ALWAYS clean up after them. This is where people come on their holiday, and they do not want to worry about stepping in dog’s mess.
Maximum of two dogs are allowed.
For use of the California Sands Club Oasis Key fob, which will give you FREE access to the Oasis Pool, Gym, Club House and other facilities, along with a discount on activities and services; please read the details and T&C's here.
The loss of this Key Fob will incur a £20 replacement fee (not included as part of the damage deposit).
01: Check the booking calendar for availability and holiday prices, then submit your booking for your holiday escape.
02: By paying the deposit you are confirming you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of your stay and this deposit will secure your booking request.
03: Final payment is required at least four weeks prior to your stay. This payment will include an additional £50 damage deposit (as stated in the T&C's) which will be returned to you within 7 days of departure if no damage has occurred.
